Product Details

Manokwari, West Papoea, Indonesia
Collected between 1958 and 1960 by Daan Smits

Size - Grade:
39,51 mm - F++

Partially damaged Stromb lobe. Chip in the lip and with a scar on the spire. Still a nice shell of this population with some slight traces of periostracum left on the shoulder.

This population of Manokwari are all smaller specimens (35 - 40 mm). Most are fat and many have knobs on the last whorl. A must have for any Stromb expert.
