Location: Arafura Sea, Southern Maluku Islands, Indonesia
Size - Grade: 67,63 mm - F+
Lower lip damaged (clearly visible in the picture). Lip appears to be slightly filled as it doesn't match the lines seen on the shell. These 2 flaws make me say this is an F+ shell.
A remark on Amoria turneri and Amoria newmanae: Amoria newmanae is seen in WoRMS as synonymous to Amoria turneri. After a talk with Ed Petuch, I see these as 2 separate species. A. newmanae is endemic to the Arafura Sea region, while A. turneri is also present in Northern Australia, overlapping with A. newmanae in the Arafura Sea region.
